Discharges – 65% within 60 minutes (At ward level – 90% within 60 minutes)Īssistant technical officers - assist the team in all areas of the process, man the reception, dispense prescriptions, work in specialised areas, pick and supply Ward stock orders, check supplier orders and help with our robot.Inpatients items – 65% within 60 minutes.The agreed dispensary KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) are as follows – The pharmacy also has a licence to sell a small number of 'over the counter medicines' and have agreed a range of medicines to sell with A&E for routine medicines that are cheaper to purchase than being supplied from a prescription and a fee paid.
